4. Custom Manufacturing and Specification Approvals

All custom-engraved, brand-monogrammed, or bespoke wooden hospitality items are manufactured under explicit client-provided requirements and design approvals.

• Once a physical sample, digital mockup, or specification document is formally approved by the client, the transaction is finalized.

• Wood Barrow Art Crafts excludes all liability for spelling errors, dimensions, or design details that match the verified client sign-off.

• Variations in natural wood grain, texture, and coloration are inherent characteristics of organic materials and shall not be deemed as manufacturing defects or grounds for a contract breach.

5. Limitation of Platform Liability (Shopify Disclaimer)
