1. Definitions and Commercial Terminology

• "Client", "You", and "Your" refer to the corporate entity, hospitality group, or individual accessing this website and purchasing custom manufactured goods.

• "The Company", "Ourselves", "We", "Our", and "Us" refer to Wood Barrow Art Crafts, based in Ajman, United Arab Emirates.

• "Custom Order" refers to any bespoke, branded, monogrammed, engraved, or tailor-made wooden products produced specifically according to Client specifications.

• All terms refer to the offer, acceptance, and payment considerations necessary to execute the custom design and manufacturing process to meet the Client’s hospitality needs, in accordance with applicable UAE laws.

2. B2B Custom Manufacturing & Design Approvals

Because we specialize in bespoke wooden hospitality supplies, the following rules govern all ordering and production processes:

• Requirements & Sign-off: Production will only commence once the Client provides explicit written approval (via email or signed specification sheet) of digital mockups, physical samples, design dimensions, and material choices.

• Errors Post-Approval: Wood Barrow is not responsible for errors, misspellings, or incorrect sizing in the final product if the items perfectly match the sample or proof approved by the Client during order confirmation.

• Lead Times & Delivery: Manufacturing and delivery timelines vary based on total product quantity, wood selection, and complexity. Estimated timelines provided upon order confirmation are targets; minor production or sourcing delays do not entitle the Client to a penalty or order cancellation.

3. Cookie Policy & Privacy

We use cookies to enhance user experience and maintain active client accounts. By accessing Wood Barrow, you agree to the use of cookies as outlined in our Privacy Policy. Most interactive e-commerce websites use cookies to enable backend functionality and improve user experiences. Some of our marketing or analytical partners may also use cookies.

4. Intellectual Property & Proprietary Designs

Unless otherwise stated, Wood Barrow and/or its licensors own the intellectual property rights for all material, website imagery, and original structural wood designs displayed on this platform. All intellectual property rights are reserved.

You must not:

• Republish or copy product design material from Wood Barrow to replicate via a third-party manufacturer.

• Sell, rent, or sub-license material or custom design mockups provided during your consultation.

• Reproduce, duplicate, or clone proprietary product blueprints from Wood Barrow.

5. Content & Client-Supplied Branding

When placing a Custom Order, you may upload or supply corporate logos, branding guidelines, or text assets for engraving or printing.

• By submitting these assets, you warrant that you own the trademarks or have the legal right to use them.

• Wood Barrow reserves the right to reject and cancel any order containing content or branding materials that violate intellectual property rights, or are deemed inappropriate, defamatory, or unlawful under UAE law.

6. Website Linking & iFrames

• Hyperlinking: Government agencies, search engines, news organizations, and online directory distributors may link to our website without prior approval. Other commercial or industry-specific organizations may request linking permissions by emailing us.

• iFrames: Without prior written permission, you may not create frames around our web pages that alter the visual presentation, branding, or appearance of our website.

7. Limitation of Liability & Product Disclaimer

To the fullest extent permitted under United Arab Emirates law, Wood Barrow excludes all warranties and representations relating to our website and the use of our commercial products outside of their intended hospitality function.

• Natural Wood Elements: Wooden products are subject to natural variations in grain, color, and texture. Wood Barrow does not guarantee absolute visual uniformity across mass bulk orders, as wood is a natural material.

• Third-Party Sites: We are not responsible for content appearing on external websites linked to ours.

• Legal Protections: Nothing in this disclaimer will limit or exclude liability for fraud, fraudulent misrepresentation, or any liabilities not permitted under applicable UAE laws.

8. Governing Law and Dispute Jurisdiction

These terms and conditions, along with all manufacturing and B2B purchase agreements, are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United Arab Emirates. Any disputes, claims, or legal actions related to our products, services, or website shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in the UAE.
